Preparation of a business plan
The business plan is a written description of your company and your planned project as well as the way you intend to realize the project. This plan will help potential investors comprehend more easily objectives of your business activities and importance of your project. It shall contain all information which is necessary for investors (potential partners, supporting program providers) and for you it is something like an orientation tool through which you can present your ideas in numbers.

Assistance in a stage preceding entry of a new investor

Preparation of information memorandum for investor´s needs.
Information memorandum serves to investor as a guide for preliminary assessment of an investment goal. The memorandum is elaborated according to western standards and contains information similar to the investment goal; however, it is more voluminous and, if necessary, it also includes financial statements in accordance to international accounting standards (IAS).

Assistance or representation at negotiations with investors
We conduct negotiations with the potential investor´s representatives and do our best to attract investors into the company in close cooperation with stockholders or the company management.

Deal flow (seeking investment opportunities)
Our company has rich experience in seeking the appropriate investment opportunities. Our clients are renowned foreign investors (strategic investors, investment funds as well as the private investors). On the basis of required criteria we identify the adequate Slovak companies, we conduct negotiations and do our best to make the investor enter the company.

Preparation of the marketing study
Following the investor´s requirements, we elaborate the marketing study, which includes detailed information concerning the business partners, branches of industry, appropriate regions, etc. Moreover, the study comprises brief information on the macroeconomic situation in the Slovak republic, national and regional support, etc. The marketing study serves as one of the basic documents for the investment goal.

Financial acquisition audit
Following the investor´s delegation, we conduct the financial acquisition audit, which includes the check of the company´s accounting documents, check of the business intentions and other financial documents; the audit is aimed at assuring correctness and accuracy of financial information the company provides.
